2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 319/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently, Sections 448/354A/354D of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act has been added.

3. The victim girl was fired at by the petitioner. Four shots were fired at the injured. The petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2022.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is dismissed.
