Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 328, 341, 323, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR reveals an allegation of dowry death. The petitioners are co-villagers and not relations of the husband.

The allegation is general and omnibus, hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7426 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 in connection with Hulasganj Police Station Case No.97 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
