The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 335 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code . The allegation is regarding the police having apprehended two accused persons and a stolen motorcycle was recovered, whereupon they disclosed that the stolen motorcycle belongs to their accomplice namely, Judge Rai. It was further disclosed by the apprehended co-accused person that the petitioner, who is a mechanic used to sell stolen motorcycle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12904 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 and neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor from his house, as far as the stolen motorcycle is concerned and the petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/C A.C.J.M.- VIII, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 335 of 2018.
