2. The petitioner is in custody registered for the offence under Sections 379, 386 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of recovery of some arms.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that there is no independent witness of seizure list and there is general and omnibus allegation and petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2023 and he has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition.
