2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 391 of the 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has committed loot in a shop.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2023.

5. The petitioner is accused in 10 more cases of similar and serious nature.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
