Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.6.2016 and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected taking note of allegation as well as his criminal antecedent but report of learned Judicial Magistrate goes to show that charge against the petitioner could be framed on 4.7.2017 and up till now, not a single prosecution witness could be examined. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.Singh, Judicial Magistrate, I st Class, Katihar in Katihar Town P.S. Case no. 289/2016.
