Admittedly, the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) is now functional. The petitioner is ready to approach the said Tribunal.
In case the petitioner moves an application before the said Tribunal within a week, no coercive action shall be taken against him for two weeks thereafter.
Needless to observe, till then vehicle in question shall be kept in a proper condition.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
