====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.33 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 20 liters country made liquor, kept in a plastic gallon, from the bicycle of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 19.02.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18151 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Katihar, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.33 of 2018.
