Case No. 318 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 30, 30(a), 38(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is alleged to be sitting in a Bolero vehicle from where 348 bottles of beer were recovered. It has been submitted that the petitioner is neither the owner of the vehicle nor is in any manner concerned with the consignment of liquor which is said to have been recovered.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019.
