Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one Ravi Kumar was apprehended while escaping with the motorcycle of the informant, who disclosed the name of the petitioner and others as his associates.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly, recovery was not made from the possession of the petitioner. Statement has been made in para3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15936 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 804 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
