JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Amaur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 04.05.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 18002 of 2017 and the petitioners were directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, but again the application for anticipatory bail has been filed by them.

On repeated calls, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners.

In such view of the matter, this application is dismissed.
