2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Siswan (Chainpur) P.S. Case No. 326/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., police apprehended two co-accused namely Chandan Kumar and Abhishek Kumar alongwith one stolen motorcycle and mobile phone and the apprehended coaccused disclosed that they used to sell stolen motorcycles to this petitioner and the stolen motorcycle of informant has been recovered from the Gairaj of this petitioner.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
