Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandramndi P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 16179 of 2017, which was rejected vide order dated 08.05.2017 (Annexure-1).
