2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos.2 to 10 vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14917 of 2022(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 01.02.2020 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Madhepura in A.B.P. No.112 of 2020 arising out of Madhepura P.S. Case No.110 of 2019.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the case.
