2. The petitioners apprehends his arrest in connection with Patarghat P.S Case No. 175 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 113(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109/352, 351(3), 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioners have abused and assaulted the informant. It is further alleged that Petitioner No. 3 have assaulted the informant on head by means of Axe due to this informant became senseless.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that petitioners are quite innocent and have been dragged into this case due to old enmity and dirty village politics.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. From perusal of the F.I.R and impugned order, it appears that all Sections are bailable except the under Section 109 of the B.N.S. Further there is no specific allegation against the Petitioner No. 1, namely, Ranjana Devi @ Ranjana Kumari and Petitioner No. 2, namely, Ranjeet Sada @ Ranjeet Kumar Sada whereas specific allegation against the Petitioner No. 3, namely, Sonu Kumar @ Sonoo Kumar to assaulted the informant by sharp weapon on his head.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the Petitioner No. 1, namely, Ranjana Devi @ Ranjana Kumari and Petitioner No. 2, namely, Ranjeet Sada @ Ranjeet Kumar Sada be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16084 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Saharsa in connection with Patarghat P.S Case No. 175 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
8. On perusal of records, it is further seems that there is specific allegation against the Petitioner No. 3, namely, Sonu Kumar @ Sonoo Kumar to assaulted the informant by sharp weapon on his head. It is also mentioned in para 31 of the case diary that Doctor opined injury inflicted upon the informant is grievous in nature. So, considering the above facts, materials on records prayer for anticipatory bail in respect of the Petitioner No. 3, namely, Sonu Kumar @ Sonoo Kumar is hereby rejected.
