Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in Maner P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No. 15578 of 2017 and another coaccused Ganesh Kumar was also granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 17.5.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 24053 of 2007 on the ground of parity, I am inclined to enlarge, the petitioner, named above on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
