Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Supaul. P.S. Case No.436 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C.

Informant and petitioner are close relative and there is some land dispute between them. It has further been alleged by the informant that on 30.07.2017 while the land was being demarcated by the Amin the petitioner along with other three accused persons came there armed with iron rod, lathi and assaulted the informant. Petitioner assaulted the informant by iron rod causing injury on his head.

It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2549 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 that in the injury report injury has been shown simple in nature and subsequently the dispute has been resolved in between the parties and good relation has restored among them. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Supaul, in Supaul P.S.Case No.436 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
