The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 dated 03.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019. It appears from the records that one Scorpio vehicle was stolen. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the statement of other co-accused person. On such suspicion, the petitioner has earlier been made accused in several other cases, details of which have been stated in paragraph-3 of the petition. In all such cases the petitioner is on bail.

Considering the aforestated facts and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11131 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019.
