Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 394/395/328/412/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. relating to occurrence of dacoity is against unknown.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Sandip Prasad, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.27343 of 2017. Besides the aforesaid, there is no other material against the petitioner nor the petitioner has got any

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Siddharth Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sub-Divisional Civil Court, Daudnagar at Aurangabad/Successor Court, in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.07 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
