JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 19.11.2019, seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 1351 of 2019, dated 18.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The petitioner is alleged to have consumed liquor and misbehaved with his family members.

Considering the nature of accusation against the

No.11098 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 petitioner and the period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Court, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 1351 of 2019.
