1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Rachna Rani and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that when he objected from making halla near his house, when Banti assaulted him by farsa causing injury on head, thereafter Amar Nath assaulted his father by rod causing injury on head and also assaulted repeatedly causing fracture of hand,

No.13731 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/3 further Yogendra assaulted his sister by dab causing injury on head, thereafter anti assaulted his brother Sujit by farsa causing injury on head, thereafter Ramawati and Sita assaulted his wife and also snatched gold chain of his wife and sister respectively.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that an altercation took place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature except that of Raja Ram i.e. father of the informant whose injury is opined to be grievous, but then he is alleged to have been assaulted by Amar Nath who is not a petitioner in the instant anticipatory bail application.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also taking into consideration the fact that the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with
