The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 527 of 2015 registered under Sections 409, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 37, 51, 63, 65 and 69 of the Copy Right Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of F.I.R. itself, it appears that section 409 of the I.P.C. is not made out against the petitioner and rest of the sections are civil in nature. Hence, it is out and out a civil dispute.
