Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation of commission of murder of his wife and daughter by the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection with S.T. No. 261 of 2019 arising out of Murliganj P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Madhepura.

Hence, prayer is refused.

The trial is going on. Hence, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
