The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shamho P.S.Case No. 05 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian penal Code. Submission is that it's a case of elopement as the petitioner and the daughter of the informant were together in love relationship and the girl was recovered and her statement clearly reflects that she voluntarily married with the petitioner though the age of the girl was assessed by the Medical Board 17 to 18 years.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Gulshan Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
