2. The present application has been filed for giving direction against the order dated 28.07.2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar in Maintenance Case No. 70(M) of 2020 by which the learned Principal Judge has directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 20,000/- per month to the respondent by way of ad-interim maintenance.

3. From the impugned order dated 28.07.2022, it appears that the maintenance of Rs. 20,000/- has been granted to the respondent and her child. The petitioner salary is admittedly around Rs. 65,000/- per month.

4. I have gone through the impugned order passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar and find that no
