JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 2685 of 2015 for the offence under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2017. From the complaint petition, it appears that petitioner is involved in the business of banking system in a bank company namely, Wealth Agro Industries Ltd. and petitioner is instrumental in depositing the huge amount in the company under the allurement that the investors will get more interest on deposit. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31414 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 affidavit submits that in similar other complaint case with similar allegation, the petitioner has already been granted bail by the court below vide order dated 19.6.2017 in B.A. No. 859 of 2017. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been granted bail in similar such case by the court below, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Bhagalpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2685 of 2015 on the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner and further the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
