Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 493, 120B, 313 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code.

Complaint based allegation would reveal that the petitioner was in physical relation with the complainant on the pretext of marriage.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017. The investigation of the case is already complete. The informant is a consenting party. Though the informant was noticed in this case, however, no one appears on her behalf.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the

No.6061 of 2018 (3) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after period of custody of two months from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahila Police Station Case No. 44 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
