JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceeding. In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Katihar Town (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 593 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 384, 387, 420, 380, 452 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. From the record, it appears that the present case has been lodged on account of land dispute. Basically, it is a civil dispute but, in order to settle the personal score, this case has been lodged.

In such view of the matter, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their

No.12374 of 2020(2) dt.22-07-2020 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Town (Sahayak) P.S.
