The petitioner has asserted in the writ petition that in the matter of selection for grant of PDS licence under Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, the petitioner's genuine cause of giving him benefit of reservation as PH category candidate has been ignored and licence has

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that aggrieved by the said selection and grant of licence in favour of respondent No. 9 the petitioner has approached the competent authority, who, according to him, is the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, by making a representation questioning the correctness of the process of selection. A copy of the representation has been brought on record by way of Annexures-6/6/A to the writ application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Gopalganj to dispose of the petitioner's grievance, if pending, within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
