2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ Direction to quash the order dated 04/06/14 passed by D.M. cum Collector Jehanabad whereby and where under acquired to the Lands of petitioners with Agriculture rate though the petitioners Lands has been commercial.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20132 of 2016(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/3 (ii) For issuance of an appropriate write/order/ direction to the Respondents to pay the commercial value of the land of the petitioners acquired by the collector Jehanabad for widening of the National Highway -83 (in short N.H.-83).

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate write/order/ direction to the Respondents to pay the commercial value of acquired lands of the petitioners in the light of order passed the Hon'ble court dated 25/09/14 in C.W.J.C. ΝΟ.15474/2014(Ram Pravesh Sharma & others versus Union of India & others).

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate write/order/ direction granting any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners is found entitled under law."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in a case of Ram Pravesh Sharma & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors. (CWJC No. 15474 of 2014), the coordinate Bench of this Court (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shivaji Pandey as his lordship then was) vide an order dated 25.09.2014 directed the respondent to

Patna High Court CWJC No.20132 of 2016(2) dt.25-08-2025 3/3 examine the claim of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner shall be approaching the concerned authority in the light of the said order.

4. In view of the aforesaid averment, granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.
