The petitioner is accused in connection with Alam Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2016. Considering the period of custody since 29.10.2016 and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Uda-Kishungnj, Madhepura or the successor Court in connection with Alam Nagar P.S.
