This is an application for regular bail in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 16 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 25(1-b) a and 35 of the Arms Act. FIR is against unknown. The name of petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confidential information received by investigating officer and on his own confessional statement. There is no incriminating material against petitioner except his own confessional statement. It has been submitted that chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 5.6.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14326 of 2018(3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur, in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 326 of 2017.
