JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Baisi P.S.Case No. 185 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 372, 420 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that girl was recovered from the house of one Jamshed Alam and not from the house of the petitioner and so-called victim was examined during trial and has stated that she was not kidnapped by anyone and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Hisam, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S.
