2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 1012 of 2024 arising out of Bihar Police Station Case No. 124 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be the assailant of the deceased by stabbing him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.9.2024.

5. In the trial, the witness examined as PW-3 has deposed that this petitioner had assaulted the deceased with knife.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased and the fact that the trial has already begun, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The photocopy of the deposition of Kundan Kumar (PW-3) is taken on record.
