Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that petitioners sold 10 1⁄2 decimals of land of the informant to Rahmat Sah. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the land is jointly recorded in the name of father of the petitioners and the petitioners have sold their land.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9221 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
