The Petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has only come in the confessional statement of co-accused persons. One of the co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 12.06.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19942 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since, 26.04.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29334 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudhani P.S.
