Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The seized material is almost small quantity. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.10.2019.
