Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of only one liter Mahua from the possession of the petitioner, he is in custody since 06.04.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
