Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a,26,35 of the Arms Act.

A country made loaded pistol was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent, as disclosed in the supplementary affidavit, though I.O. has not disclosed the aforesaid fact in the case diary. Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2017. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
