The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No.80 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 341, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is stated in para-3 of supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner that opposite party no.2 has solemnized second marriage to Arun Sahni. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11249 of 2020(5) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Madhubani or any other transferring court in connection with Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No.80 of 2019 (CRI No.1843 of 2019), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
