The petitioner is in custody in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 30(a), 35, 36, 37, 38 and 40(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The name of the petitioner was disclosed by one Sanjay Kumar Singh, who was apprehended by the police near Nahar Bridge and 8 bottles of 180 Ml. wine was recovered from his possession. The said Sanjay Kumar Singh has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23761 of 2017 vide order dated 19.5.2017.

In view of the fact that the person from whose

No. 23761 of 2017 vide order dated 19.5.2017, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur or the successor Court in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
