Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad (Karouna O.P.) P.S. Case No.756 of 2017, registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-b)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act. It is contended that no firearm was recovered from possession of the petitioner, only his personal mobile was recovered and this petitioner has no such criminal antecedent of similar nature rather one case against him under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Chintu Kumar @ Sanu Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20313 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karouna O.P.) P.S. Case No.756 of 2017.
