Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413,414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of the co-accused that he was coculprit alongwith the arrested persons in the occurrence of theft of diesel and its sale in the black-market. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner in is custody since 17.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17787 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barauni (Garhara) Police Station Case No.437 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
