JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-04-2015 Petitioner is seeking quashing of Annexure- 8, which is dated 5.6.2014. Annexure- 8 speaks for itself laying down the parameters based on which such prayer for payment has been rejected after consideration of the matter by the Hon'ble Chancellor of Universities of Bihar.

This Court cannot modify and improve upon what as factually transpired as well as the judicial orders, which have been passed on the dispute in question. The alternative prayer which the petitioner is trying to make is only to workout a way to overcome the decision taken in Annexure- 8. The basic question remains that petitioner cannot get a penny for the period he did not work as Vice
