2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 358 of 2024 dated 10.08.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 333, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (in short 'BNS') and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The main submissions advanced by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner are that both the parties are agnates and the FIR of the present matter is counter blast of petitioner's case bearing Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 357 of 2024, in fact the prosecution party assaulted the petitioner for which he was treated at a hospital situated at Noorsarai and in this regard, the FIR lodged by the petitioner's wife filed with this petition as Annexure - 'P/2' may be perused. No.12323 of 2025(2) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 submitted that among the offences under which the FIR of the present matter has been registered, the major offence is under section 333 of BNS which relates to house trespassing and only the informant of the present matter is said to have sustained injury which was found very superficial in nature and in this regard, the order impugned may be perused.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 358 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
