The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 100/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that she had instigated the others to throw the deceased into the well. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that save and except the said allegation, there is no other specific allegation against this petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned fact and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8960 of 2016 (3) dt.20-04-2016 named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Masauri in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 100/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
