Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that the petitioner along with Ramsewak Manjhi and Vitendar Manjhi assaulted the father-inlaw of the informant. Further alleged that at 08:00 pm, she saw that Vitendra Manjhi was giving indiscriminate lathi blow on the head of the father-in-law while, the petitioner and Ramsewak Manjhi had caught his hand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Further, it is submitted that the specific allegation of assault is against another co-accused namely, Vitendar Manjhi, who has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.05.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 66174 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S.
