Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Police Station Case No.103 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he committed murderous assault against three persons, out of them two died. The informant is an eyewitness of the occurrence. Submission is that subsequently, informant has stated that he has not seen the occurrence.

Considering the nature of allegation against the
