The petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter went to attend the call of nature but Ramesh Choudhary with the help of the petitioner and others kidnapped his daughter. The petitioner is a lady.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim fled away with Ramesh Choudhary and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the petitioner is a lady she is in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27804 of 2017 (2) dt.29-06-2017 2/2 since 10.01.2017, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Motihari, East Champaran in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017.
