Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case and thereafter confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2017. The investigation is complete now. The petitioner was never put on TIP nor anything has been recovered from his possession.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2689 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sherghati Police Station Case No. 84 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
